Shipping Policy – Bluprint

At Bluprint, we prioritize a seamless and dependable delivery experience. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order is processed and shipped.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed outside of business days, including weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within the Netherlands.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Method & Delivery

All orders are shipped via PostNL standard delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Netherlands: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Fee

A flat rate of €6.95 is applied to all orders.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Shopify, allowing you to follow your shipment every step of the way.

Delays or Delivery Issues

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur.

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We will assess the situation promptly and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include compensation such as a discount on your current or future purchase.

Shipping Details & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Bluprint cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping charges for redelivery.
